Our CO2 Fame workshop is still going ahead as planned. This is in line with current government advice. We will continue to keep informed regarding the COVID-19 virus situation in the UK and follow all government advice. We will be ensuring all workshop attendees wash or sanitise their hands on arrival. Since October 2020 Colchester Operatic Society has been a beneficiary of Mercury Creatives, a professional development programme for the cultural sector. As part of our engagement on this programme, our Chair is currently undergoing 24 hours of mentoring support, alongside attending a series of business development, showcasing and networking events with fellow Mercury Creative beneficiaries. The Mercury Creatives programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and is being delivered by the Mercury Theatre, Colchester
