We are pleased to announce that our director will be David Rutter, who will work with our musical director, Geoff Osbourne.

Auditions will take place on Sunday 10th July 2016 at Prettygate Junior school.

Pre-audition rehearsals will also be held at Prettygate Junior school on Mon. 27th June, Thurs 30th June, Mon 4th July and Thurs 7th July.  All at 7.30pm-10pm

Following auditions there will be rehearsals for music on Mon 11th July and Thursday 14th July.  We will then break for summer and resume rehearsals on Mon 22nd August.

This is a male led show and we are hoping to encourage many new and returning male members back to audition.  However, there are female parts too so whatever your gender, come along and see what it’s all about! For information about joining our society please see our become a member page.

An evocative tale of the epic battle between good and evil, Jekyll & Hyde is based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Convinced the cure for his father’s mental illness lies in the separation of Man’s evil nature from his good, Dr. Henry Jekyll unwittingly unleashes his own dark side, wreaking havoc in the streets of late 19th century London as the savage, maniacal Edward Hyde.
