Update on Shrek Casting - Colchester Operatic Society

Thank you to everyone who took the time to audition or send in a video audition on our second audition day for Shrek The Musical on Sunday 24th July

We have now dual cast our young Fiona and young (baby) Shrek, which was no easy task with such talented children auditioning!

We have also cast Lord Farquaard and Teen Fiona – please see the updated cast list below.

We have asked 2 of Sunday’s auditionees to send in further submissions for the part of Donkey, so currently it remains uncast but we are hopeful this may change in a few weeks (once these auditions have been submitted and viewed by the panel). At present we are not looking for any additional people to audition for the role.

The standard of auditions was very high, making these decisions very difficult for our audition panel and everyone who auditioned should be very proud of themselves.
